About us

Build to Suit supplies a "style build" method to building that speeds the delivery of jobs, makes sure quality and lessens cost. We hand-select the that will best fit the client's needs. In turn, we obtain engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in combination with the designer for a common objective. With customer input, we handle every step of style, while keeping an eye on cost and schedule. Once building and construction begins, we handle development, quality and last delivery, consisting of close-out documents, commissioning and a one year guarantee.

Exciting progress is underway at the former Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are proud to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 new housing systems, bringing fresh opportunities to the community. Residents are anticipated to move in next year. A Dream Granted! ⭐ Ella, a brave cancer survivor and daughter of our colleague Chad Houge, recently had her wish given by Make-A-Wish Iowa - a remarkable journey to Estes Park, CO with her household. This moment reminds us that hope, resilience, and community make all the difference. We're honored to stand behind Chad and his family, and we're extremely grateful to Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA for hosting the event that assisted make Ella's dream a truth. We recently finished a Rec Room remodelling for our good friends at Ronald McDonald House Charities, transforming the space into a warm, welcoming retreat for households. This upgrade functions: ➡ Modern, comfortable furniture ➡ A mix of open gathering areas and peaceful nooks ➡ A lively custom-made wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive video games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches aim to develop a space where families can relax, reset, and feel supported. Today we had the chance to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a job shadow experience at BTS. He invested time both in the office and out on the job website, providing him a well-rounded, hands-on look at how a task comes together from start to end up. We're constantly delighted to support students who are pursuing professions in the building and construction industry. It's an opportunity to partner with Regina High School and assist introduce students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We wish him all the best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management! As we assess Memorial Day, we're advised of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the significance of supporting those who continue to answer the call. ❤ We recently finished a tenant enhancement project for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will serve as a recruitment office and includes an open office location, a training room, the Section Chief's workplace, and washrooms. This project is a strong example of our group's ability to provide top quality, functional areas that support significant objectives in our neighborhoods. Thank you to the United States Army for the opportunity to contribute to your ongoing efforts both locally and nationwide!
